• How long will delivery take for my order?

    We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 12pm GMT on the same day, via Next Day Tracked delivery. If placed by 12pm, you can expect your delivery on the very next working day.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via all major Credit and Debit Cards.

  • Do you accept returns and refunds?

    Your satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy for damaged or defective products from the date your order is delivered: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we will offer to replace the goods for you. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please email us at info@gymactive.co.uk, and we shall endeavour to get back in touch within 24 hours.
